Contract-to-Hire or FTE Employment Opportunity in Illinois - Is this OK to post here?

In brief, we are looking for a qualified SR JAVA Developer with 2-3 years experience with Hibernate. Additional skills would be AJAX, JSP, and experience with an agile development process.

This is for a great (global) client in the Northern suburbs of Illinois. They are looking for a qualified candidate who is seeking a long-term home. While they will do a CTH, they will also hire the right candidate immediately. This is a 100% "hands-On" role which will grow into more of a lead/mentoring type position 6/12 months down the road. This is a FT salaried position with complete company benefits.
