Hello,

I am looking for a tutorial on how to build .car files in Vignette Application Portal (or Weblogic, ant etc...)

I have been looking around but have not found one.

I've heard of many files related to Java and J2EE but I'm not familiar with a .car file. A quick Google search doesn't help (as you indicated).
