Telnet Program

hi i am trying to find a sample telnet program in java.i couldn't find as such anywhere.i tried in so many links but they were using SSH..Compo
tell me where i can found on such..

and also i am trying to insert bulk record from a .txt or .xls file into oracle 8.0. is it possible?suppose i am having 1000 users record's , i just want to insert them as bulk into database.How to do that

For the telnet, I'd recommend using something like Apache Commons Net - it has telnet capabillity in addition to a bunch more.

I'm less familiar with bulk inserting into Oracle. Are you inserting into a blob or do you need to parse each one?
