The Tomcat server that runs the hotjoe.com forums has been upgraded to version 5.5.15. A significant number of bug fixes were introduced in the newest version and so I felt that it was worth it to upgrade. If you notice any issues please let me know.

The bug that prevented registration has been fixed - it was my bad. Thanks to destin and one of our new members for letting me know about it!
