when i try to use Java creatore(compiler) to compile codes, it always gives me the "Invalid path" Error.i serached this error on the net and found out that i must have java runtime SDK to use java compiler. However i have java runtime SE instead of SDK,Hence i just want to know that is it ok if install Java runtime SDK beside Java runtime SE , or i should uinstall SE and then install SDK??and if i do install SDK,does it do the same job on the net as SE?
Thanks in adavance.

I think your best bet is to uninstall the JRE (the runtime only environment) and install the SDK (the software development kit). The SDK include the runtime portion so you will have both.

Thanks for using the forums at hotjoe.com

hi,
you don't need reinstall all, check your SDK path/config files.
JRE and SDK can work fine together.

Yeah but if you're still getting errors after checking SDK paths, just reinstall the plugins.
